Everyone in Diamond Infosystems Limited is committed to establish, sustain and strengthen the quality Management system in each and every sphere of its operation with an aim to arrive at Quality Objectives set above for Total Customer satisfaction, Continual Improvement. Training and Environmental and social needs. To achieve these it will be the endeavor of each and Team DIINSY member to strive towards providing zero defect products/services, ensure timely delivery and provide quality services to each and every valued customer.

This policy shall for the basis of establishing and reviewing the Quality Objectives and shall be communicated across the orgainzation. The policy will be reviewed to align with business direction and to comply with all requirements of the Quality Management Standard.
